It was interesting to hear your video on how your shoes can ruin your feet. In your video, when it comes to being able to run, and not get injuries, I think you have left out a very important area in your discussion, and that is proper alignment of the body. If the body is not properly aligned, then more force can be put on one foot as the foot hits the ground, putting more stress on the hip joints and wearing away of the cartilage covering the socket and ball in the hip joint.
